We ship with Australia Post.

You can choose between Standard delivery and Express Post delivery depending on how fast you need your order. Our rates our calculated in real time depending on your location and the size of your parcel.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING with orders over $250

Delivery Times Australia Wide

Same Day Dispatch for all orders placed before 2pm Brisbane time. However, dispatch may take up to 24 hours during peak periods (holidays, sales, etc). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed the following business day.

Standard shipping: 3-5 days

Express Post Shipping: next day delivery for people who live in metropolitan areas, 2-3 days for remote areas and up to 5 days in WA.

Important note: On very rare occasions, despite our best efforts, some parcels get delayed due to issues within Australia Post. Please understand that this is outside of our control and the best thing for you to do is to contact Australia Post directly about your parcel if you have any concerns.

Back-Orders

We make every effort to keep all products in stock to avoid delays in your orders. However, once in a while our international shipments can get held and cause short delays. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control.

PLEASE NOTE that if an item in your order is on back-order, you’re whole order will be put on hold until this item is back in stock. If you require some of your items quickly, please contact us at ge*@*********************om.au, or alternatively, order products on back-order separately.

International Shipping

We do NOT offer international shipping.

Returns or Exchanges

Before placing your order, please choose wisely as we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We also can’t accept a return if you have a reaction to a specific supplement as this is out of our control. We’re a small business and unfortunately the costs and logistics involved in this process are not sustainable for us.

Faulty, Damaged Or Incorrect Product On Arrival

If you received a product that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we do offer a full refund or replacement. Simply send a detailed description with photos to he***@*********************om.au no later than 7 days after delivery and we’ll gladly replace or refund your item immediately.
